Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@kimkam.co.nz. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
Change of Mind (After Shipment): We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after your order has been shipped. However, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific situation. Please note that shipping costs for items already sent are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Products (Consumer Guarantees Act):
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), our products come with guarantees that they will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy as per the CGA. Please contact us immediately at info@kimkam.co.nz to report any issues. We will assess the problem and, where required by law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty: In addition to your rights under the CGA, KIMKAM NZ provides a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the product being used as intended and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
