Welcome to KIMKAM NZ! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.kimkam.co.nz / www.kimkam.nz ("Website") and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

KIMKAM NZ specialises in 3D printed wall mounts designed for displaying LEGO® sets. We offer:
Standard Range: A selection of pre-designed wall mounts available for order.
Custom Prints: The opportunity for customers to request custom 3D prints. Please contact us directly via email (info@kimkam.co.nz) to discuss your specific custom printing requirements.
Colour Options: Customers can choose from available colours on our Website. For custom colour requests, please contact us.
All products are 3D printed on demand in New Zealand.
3. Ordering and Payment
Currency: All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
GST: All displayed product prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are additional to the product price.
Payment Method: We accept payments via credit card through Stripe.
Shipping Cost Refunds: If actual shipping costs incurred are more than NZ$1.00 less than the amount charged at checkout, we will refund the difference to you.
Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been accepted and processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carrier: We use NZ Post for all deliveries.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time: We aim for an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days from dispatch for orders within New Zealand. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, or if any part is missing, please contact us immediately at info@kimkam.co.nz. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@kimkam.co.nz. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
Change of Mind (After Shipment): We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after your order has been shipped. However, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific situation. Please note that shipping costs for items already sent are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Products (Consumer Guarantees Act):
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), our products come with guarantees that they will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy as per the CGA. Please contact us immediately at info@kimkam.co.nz to report any issues. We will assess the problem and, where required by law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty: In addition to your rights under the CGA, KIMKAM NZ provides a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the product being used as intended and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
KIMKAM NZ Branding: The KIMKAM NZ logo and all original designs, content, and materials on our Website are the intellectual property of KIMKAM NZ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Gecko Bricks: We are an authorised seller in New Zealand for designs under licence from "Gecko Bricks." The "Gecko Bricks" logo and associated designs are the intellectual property of Gecko Bricks UK. Your purchase of products featuring these designs grants you no rights to the underlying intellectual property.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy practices align with the privacy policy provided by Squarespace, our website host. We do not use any third-party integrations, APIs, or plugins that have access to your customer data, except for Stripe, which processes your payments securely. We do not share your customer data with anyone else.
Email Newsletter: You may choose to opt into our email-based newsletter to receive updates and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by contacting us directly.
